Overview

The Airush Foilboard Travel Coffin is a wheeled travel bag built specifically for transporting foilboards and assembled or disassembled hydrofoil components. Produced under Airush's AK Durable Supply Co. accessories line, the bag is constructed from 600D nylon and designed around the practical demands of airline and road travel with foiling gear. It comes in two sizes — a 5'4" and a 5'10" — each offering a modular interior layout that separates the board from loose hardware and foil parts.

The bag's standout organizational feature is an internal board divider paired with a built-in hardware pouch, which keeps mast bolts, screws, and small parts contained and easy to find. An elasticated mesh pocket on one side holds foil wings or other flat components, while a non-elasticated mesh pocket in the lid provides space for a wetsuit or towel. Compression straps cinch everything down to reduce shifting during transit, and the straps themselves can be unclipped and attached to a separate duffel bag when the coffin is stored at home.

Who It's For

This bag suits any foilboard rider who regularly flies or drives to spots and needs a single container for a board and its foil hardware. The two size options cover the range of compact prone and wing foilboards — the 5'4" fits smaller-volume boards common among experienced riders, while the 5'10" accommodates the longer shapes that intermediate and progressing riders often use. Either size has enough internal depth at 250 mm to handle a board plus foil wings stacked with the divider between them.

Riders who already own a separate foil-mast bag and just need board-side protection will find the Coffin's layout practical without being oversized. The wheeled base is particularly useful for airport terminals and parking lots where carrying a loaded board bag by hand gets tiring quickly. Grab handles on the bag allow for short lifts onto carts or into vehicles.

In the Lineup

Within Airush's AK Durable Supply Co. accessories range, the Foilboard Travel Coffin sits alongside the larger Team Travel Coffin Golf bag, which is designed to hold full kite quivers rather than a single foilboard setup. The Foilboard version is the more compact, foil-specific option — narrower and shorter, with interior pockets tailored to hydrofoil components rather than kites and bars. Airush also offers a simpler Foil Travel Bag without the wheeled coffin-style shell, aimed at riders who want lighter, more packable protection for shorter trips.

Compared to competing foilboard travel bags such as the Duotone Foilbag or the F-One Foilboard Travel Bag, the Airush Coffin occupies a similar price bracket and feature set: wheeled, padded, and divided internally. Its 600D nylon construction is a common spec across this category, balancing durability with manageable bag weight.
