The 2025 Cabrinha AER Wing is a lightweight inflatable wing built around a stripped-back design philosophy. Cabrinha engineered the AER to minimize weight without relying on expensive Aluula or similar premium frame materials — instead using High Tenacity Dacron for the leading edge and strut, Featherlite bladders, and a Nano Ripstop canopy rated at 55 g/m² with a 3 mm double ripstop weave.
