The Delta R-Frame Mast BLEM is a cosmetically blemished version of Delta Hydrofoils' R-Frame mast, offered at a reduced price while retaining full warranty coverage. Delta Hydrofoils, a brand that has been designing and manufacturing hydrofoils since 2013, engineered the R-Frame around a single-piece carbon fiber construction that integrates the top plate, mast, and front fuselage into one unified component. By eliminating the traditional mast-to-plate and mast-to-fuselage joints, the design reduces the number of mechanical connection points and increases overall structural rigidity. The rear fuselage section remains detachable, keeping the system compact for transport.

As a BLEM unit, this mast may exhibit cosmetic imperfections such as surface scratches on the underside of the mast plate or minor clear-coat chipping near the base plate and screw holes. These blemishes are aesthetic only and do not affect the structural integrity or performance of the component. The package includes the one-piece carbon fiber mast assembly (with integrated plate and front fuselage) along with two M8 x 25mm Torx screws.
