Overview

The 2026 Duotone Sky Style SLS is a dedicated wing foil board built for riders who split their sessions between freeride cruising, wave riding, and freestyle tricks. Produced by Duotone, one of the largest names in wind- and wing-sport equipment, the Sky Style sits at the performance end of their wing board range and uses the brand's premium SLS (Super Light Speed) construction tier. For the 2026 model year, Duotone refined the outline with a wider nose, thinned the deck profile, and introduced carbon foil tracks — changes aimed at improving stability during water starts while cutting overall weight.

The board is offered in eight sizes spanning 4'2" (25 L) up to 5'4" (95 L), covering riders from groms under 35 kg to adults approaching 100 kg. The two sizes carried by Jupiter Watersports — the 5'2" at 85 L and the 5'4" at 95 L — sit at the larger end of the range, where added volume helps with uphauling and light-wind starts.

Who It's For

Duotone positions the Sky Style SLS for intermediate to advanced wing foilers — riders who are past the learning phase and want a board that responds quickly through turns and aerial maneuvers. The recessed deck lowers the rider's stance closer to the foil connection, which translates to more direct input during carves and transitions. High rocker adds clearance when loading up for jumps or riding steep chop.

The 85 L and 95 L sizes stocked here suit adult riders in the 75–100 kg range who want enough float for comfortable water starts without carrying excess volume once on foil. If you regularly ride in lighter wind and value easy re-launches between runs, the added volume of these larger sizes is a practical advantage. Riders under 75 kg chasing maximum maneuverability would typically look at the 65 L or 75 L sizes instead.

In the Lineup

Within Duotone's 2026 wing foil board range, the Sky Style SLS is the dedicated freestyle and wave-oriented shape. The Skybrid SLS, by contrast, is a mid-length design that trades compactness for glide efficiency and doubles as a prone foil or foil-assist board. For riders who want the lightest possible board regardless of cost, Duotone offers the Skybrid D/LAB with Hollow Shell Composite construction, which sheds roughly 30 percent of the weight compared to the SLS layup.

The Sky Style SLS competes in a crowded segment of high-performance carbon wing boards. Comparable options include the Armstrong FG Wing SUP Board and the F-One Rocket Wing V3, both of which target a similar intermediate-to-advanced rider with carbon sandwich construction and sub-6 kg weights in mid-range volumes. The Duotone's eight-size spread is notably wider than most competitors, making it easier to match volume precisely to body weight.
