Overview
The F-One Hard Wing Handle is a rigid aftermarket handle designed to replace the stock soft handles on compatible F-One wings. Sold individually, each handle uses a glass fiber oval tube paired with an EVA grip to deliver a stiffer connection between the rider's hand and the wing's strut webbing. The hard-base attachment point eliminates the flex found in soft handles, giving riders more immediate feedback during pumping, transitions, and powered riding. EVA bumpers line the corners of each handle to reduce impact on both the rider and the wing canopy.
F-One offers the Hard Wing Handle in three lengths. The 28 cm and 30 cm versions serve as front handles, while the 37 cm version is intended as a back handle positioned closer to the strut. Front-handle sizing is matched to wing size: 28 cm pairs with 2.0–2.5 m wings, and 30 cm pairs with wings 3.0 m and larger. Each handle features rounded angles for a comfortable grip across its full length, and the front variants include a slight rise on one side to keep the wrist at a natural angle during maneuvers.

Who It's For
Riders who want a more direct, locked-in feel from their wing will benefit most from these handles. The rigid construction suits intermediate to advanced wing foilers—particularly those focused on freestyle, speed runs, or aggressive pumping—where precise input and quick hand switches matter. Because the stiff tube transmits force more efficiently than a soft handle, riders who pump frequently in light or marginal wind may notice less energy lost per stroke.
Beginners or casual freeriders who prefer a forgiving, dampened grip may find soft handles more comfortable. The Hard Wing Handle is a purposeful upgrade for pilots already comfortable with wing control who are chasing tighter response and more efficient power transfer.
In the Lineup
F-One's handle ecosystem is part of its interchangeable wing-handle system, which lets riders swap between soft and hard options depending on preference and conditions. The Hard Wing Handle sits alongside F-One's Soft Wing Handle as the performance-oriented choice, while the brand also offers full boom accessories for riders who prefer a continuous grip. Within the broader market, Duotone and Ocean Rodeo sell comparable rigid handle upgrades for their own wing lines, though cross-brand compatibility varies. At USD 65 per handle, the F-One Hard Wing Handle is priced in line with other brand-specific rigid handle options and represents a relatively low-cost way to change a wing's riding character without replacing the entire canopy.
