Overview
The F-One Strike V4 Wing is the fourth generation of F-One's performance-oriented inflatable wing, released as part of the brand's 2024 wing foil lineup. Built around a redesigned straight central strut, the Strike V4 focuses on reducing drag and improving control over canopy deformation and twist. F-One added a dihedral angle to the wingtips, which helps keep them clear of the water during pumping and riding. The canopy uses F-One's Technoforce ripstop in 52g and 66g weights, while the inflatable structure is made from Hitex high-tenacity polyester — available in a 178g weight that F-One produces exclusively for its own wings. A load diffuser on the rear of the strut, constructed from overlapping panels of Mylar and Dacron, distributes stress across the frame.
The Strike V4 ships with soft handles and supports F-One's screwless interchangeable handle system, letting riders swap between soft, hybrid, or rigid handles to suit their grip preference and riding style. The wing is offered in eight sizes from 2.0m to 5.5m across three colorways: Onyx/Flame, Mint/Onyx, and Flame/Mint.

Who It's For
The Strike V4 is aimed at intermediate to advanced wing foilers who prefer powered, speed-oriented riding. Its design favors riders who like to stay hooked up and drive hard through their wind range rather than drift and surf. Compared to earlier Strike generations, the V4 has improved low-end accessibility — riders no longer need to oversize by half a meter or more to get usable power in moderate wind. That said, the wing's strengths still lean toward the upper end of its range, where its stiff canopy and straight strut translate into smooth forward traction and strong upwind performance.
The Strike V4 also suits riders interested in freestyle progression. Its rigid frame provides pop off the water and solid hangtime through aerial maneuvers. Heavier riders may appreciate the improved handle rigidity and overall durability compared to softer, more drift-oriented designs. For light-wind sessions or early-stage learners, F-One's Swing line is a more forgiving starting point.
In the Lineup
Within F-One's wing range, the Strike sits as the performance and freestyle option alongside the Swing, which targets all-around and light-wind use, and the Strike CWC V4, an ultralight variant built with Aluula composite for weight savings at a higher price point. The standard Strike V4 occupies the middle ground — more affordable than the CWC while sharing the same aerodynamic platform.
Riders cross-shopping other brands will find the Strike V4 competing with wings like the Duotone Slick and the Ensis Score in the powered-freeride and freestyle segment. Its eight-size lineup gives it unusually fine granularity for dialing in the right wing area, and the interchangeable handle system adds a level of customization that most competitors lock in at the factory.
