The outer shell uses 600D recycled polyester (rPET) with a quadruple polyurethane coating for water resistance, while the sidewalls feature double-coated 600D rPET and a PE tarpaulin base for abrasion protection on airport carousels and dock surfaces.

Inside, a padded board divider doubles as a storage compartment, keeping the foil hardware separated from board surfaces. Compression straps cinch everything down to reduce shifting during transit, and a soft EVA patch around the main buckle adds an extra buffer against dings. When the bag is empty, it rolls up and locks into a compact shape for off-season storage — a practical touch for riders with limited garage space.
