The North Waist Wing Leash is a waist-mounted wing leash system from North Action Sports, designed for wing foiling. It pairs an adjustable neoprene-lined belt with an elasticized webbing wing leash, giving riders a hands-free attachment point that keeps the wing tethered at the waist rather than the wrist. The belt uses an injection-Velcro fastening system and includes three fixed loops, allowing the leash to be attached on either the left or right side depending on rider preference. North offers this as a one-size product in black.

The leash itself features a bungee cord core wrapped in elasticized webbing, which absorbs shock when the wing pulls away during falls or gusts. A corrosion-resistant SS316 stainless steel double swivel sits between the leash and the attachment point, reducing line twist and allowing the wing to rotate freely. The belt is lined with what North calls KnitFlex comfort lining — a wide, non-scratch neoprene strip that sits comfortably against bare skin, so it can be worn over or without a wetsuit.
