Construction centers on a heavy-duty Cordura outer shell paired with a rigid 2 mm moulded inner shell and 6 mm of low-rebound, shock-absorbing 3D foam. The Cordura fabric carries a UV50+ sun-protection rating. Inside, moulded foam channels promote airflow around the head, while a large vented area helps manage heat during high-output sessions. A soft, quick-drying elastic headband lines the interior for comfort on extended outings.
